Princeton Academy is Fort Myers’ Best Early Childhood Learning Center!

Princeton Academy offers a unique, early childhood education experience for children 3 months through kindergarten. This learning environment gives children the chance to explore, create, learn, think and reason. Princeton Academy strives to maintain a personal atmosphere in which the whole child can grow as an individual, both developmentally and emotionally.

Princeton Academy offers many different program options to meet the educational and childcare needs of its families. Part-time, full-time, nursery and VPK are all available. We also provide for your older children with our after-school program, summer camp and planned activities for winter and spring break. We can accommodate children up until ten years of age.

Parents want to know, “what is my child going to learn?” Robert Fulghum’s popular best seller, “All I Ever Really Needed to Know I learned in Kindergarten” is not far from the truth. In addition to building a strong academic foundation in reading, math skills, etc. Princeton Academy stresses life skills. As Mr. Fulghum points out, the important lessons are “Share everything, Play fair, Don’t hit people, Don’t take things that aren’t yours, When you go out in the world watch out for traffic and hold hands and stick together”

We are constantly revising and adding to our curriculum. The children love our swimming program. Private and group lessons are available and during the summer the children cool off in the pool with “free swim” Our swim program is directed by our water safety staff that are Red Cross licensed guards and swim instructors.

This year we have added an organic garden to our facility. The children have been instrumental in getting the garden started and are fascinated as we begin to pick our first crops. Any produce not used at school will be donated to the Harry Chapin Food Bank of Lee County.

We offer so much to keep your child interested, involved and focused. Activities are open ended where children are encouraged to ask questions and explore further. So really when a parent asks what their child will learn, the real answer is “the sky is the limit”!!

Princeton Academy preschool offers flexible programs both during the summer months and school year to meet your individual child’s needs. In need of after care for your older children? Princeton Academy can meet those needs too. They are open 7:00am to 6pm.
